This acrylic-based, ClassicBond Acrylic Deck Adhesive is an eco-friendly, nonflammable option. It’s been expertly crafted for bonding ClassicBond EPDM roofing membrane to various decking materials, including common timber types like plywood or OSB3.

This adhesive boasts a strong bond without the use of harsh solvents or emitting strong odors, making it ideal for flat roof applications. It’s specifically designed for roller application and functions as a one-sided adhesive for flat roof decking.

Coverage Specifications:

• 5.0 Liters: Sufficient for 15 to 20 square meters.

Important Note: For roofs larger than 100 square meters, it’s recommended to use Contact Bonding Adhesive instead of this Water Based Deck Adhesive. Please consult our team for further details.

Compatibility with Surfaces:

The adhesive works best on moisture-resistant boards that aren’t sealed with waxes or other non-absorbent treatments. A preliminary test is advised in case of uncertainty.

Please note that certain surfaces, like non-porous ones including metal or existing GRP, might not be compatible with this adhesive. In such cases, opting for Contact Bonding Adhesive might be more appropriate.
