ARBOFLEXPU UV PROTECT is a Resin designed to seal and form a protective layer on top of ARBOFLEX PU Liquid Waterproofing. The purpose of this layer is to provide protection from UV radiation whilst also providing protection from Stress, Abrasion, Weathering and extreme temperatures. Available in Dark Grey.

ARBOFLEX PU UV PROTECT serves as a singular aliphatic resin designed to shield against UV rays, creating a flexible, seamless satin-finished layer with superior adhesion and mechanical characteristics. It withstands abrasion, stress, weather fluctuations, temperature changes, and UV radiation effectively. Offering a continuous film with remarkable adhesion and mechanical strength, it resists abrasion, stress, weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and UV exposure.

• Satin finish, aliphatic, single-component resin.
• Tack-free time: 5 minutes; ready for use: 3 hours.
• Forms a continuous coating that is easy to clean and maintain.
• Application requires dry conditions.
• Compatible with various surfaces: concrete, cement, ceramics, and ARBOFLEX PU membranes.
• Apply on dry, stable substrates, with surface temperatures at least 3C above the dew point and ambient temperatures of at least 10C.
• Apply ARBOFLEX PU UV PROTECT thinly using a roller or brush.
• Avoid application on swimming pools or submerged areas. Consult our technical department for additional information.
• Consumption varies based on layers applied, substrate type, or final use, with an approximate consumption rate of 200 g/m2/coat.
• Shelf life is 12 months when stored between 5C and 35C in a dry location. Once opened, immediate use is recommended.

Application Method: Apply UV protect using a roller onto cured Arboflex PU at a rate of approximately 200ml per m2.
