Rainwater harvesting Kit B – 450m2 filter

Filter Kit B is engineered for roof areas up to 450 square meters and features a dual-stage rainwater filtration system, along with a siphon overflow and a calmed inlet.

As rainwater enters the filter, it first encounters a cascade designed to eliminate the largest particles of debris. The pre-filtered water then passes through a secondary sieve filter with a mesh size of 0.65 mm, which captures any remaining debris.

The purified water proceeds to the tank through a calmed inlet, which introduces the water gently to minimize turbulence and preserve the sediment at the tank’s bottom.

This calmed flow not only stabilizes the water but also oxygenates it, helping to prevent anaerobic decomposition. Additionally, the overflow siphon, equipped with a skimming inlet, further purifies the water by removing surface debris such as oils and other floating contaminants, thereby enhancing the overall quality of the stored water.
